While working on my condition inspection, I managed to damage one of the springs at the end of one of my ACS spark plug harness leads. I tried the only replacement I could find online (Champion R2929 if you?re looking), but it didn?t fit my harness.
I emailed Aircraft Spruce to ask if they knew a part number for that spring, and within an hour Nick had emailed me back to tell me that ACS had a new spring on the way to me.
Doesn?t get much better than that, especially with everything going on (or not going on) these days.
