Recently I ordered some fairly rare Lycoming parts for an engine swap I was planning to undertake. They got the parts to me right away.
Well, the engine swap didn't occur and I had some *very* specialized Lycoming parts on hand that were absolutely useless to me with no new engine.
The vendor I bought them from was

These folks worked with me to get them returned for credit even though I am sure they'll have an extra half-dozen of these oddball items on their shelves for the next 10 years.
I really appreciate their supporting me as a customer. Next time you need Lycoming parts, throw an order these people's way. They stood behind me!
