I'm just going through the configuration steps for my G3X system. When I ran through the "Magnetic Interference Test" for the GMU22 (wing mounted) everything passed except the strobe lights. I'm using all Vans harnesses and the Aero Led Nav/Strobe kit option and had everything wired according to the plans.

An email to Vans support discovered that they had the same problem with one of the demonstrators. Page 19-02 has you attach L422 to the end wing rib when it really needs to be connected to the L418 landing light wire to provide a ground back to the fuselage. Much simpler than running a separate ground wire or shielded wire as many posts suggest.
Most builders will have enough experience to work the issue out themselves but maybe I have saved someone a bit of time.
