I was reviewing the accident statistics, and saw many interesting stats.
Chief among these was that the number of accidents steadily increasing starting at 1 in 1978, up to 40 in 2011. I am sure some (or most or all) was due to the size of the fleet expanding. Since 2011, it has been in steady decline.
26 in 2012
25 in 2013
25 in 2014
17 in 2015
and so far 4 in 2016.
Can anyone tell me why this change? I would like to ensure that whatever the general solution was, that I make sure I abide by it as well.
