I have been measuring on my grove landing gear for several work sessions. About 2 hours of measuring and remeasuring. I drilled tonight and then discovered that my jigging setup has resulted in both gear legs in near perfect alignment with the tail and about a 1/4 degree toe-in on each gear leg. Vans sells 1/2 and 1 degree tappered plates but not 1/4 degree. Should I be concerned or build on? I am quite a prefectionist and this is killing me.

You could put the 1/2 degree plate on just one side.
Then your gear would be lined up to each other and you could land straight ahead in a 1/4 degree crosswind:D

Yes, I think you should let it go.

Grove has the shims you need

The axle shims Vans sell are made/supplied by Grove Aircraft LGS.

They will sell you 1/4 deg toe shims P/N 6101-1 @ $24 ea.

I'm not sure if a 1/4deg is worth beating yourself up over, but I would guess that most non Grove users would be happy being only 1/4 deg out.
