Has anyone found an easy way to remove the gascolator bowl? Looks like the rear screw nearest to nosewheel leg will require gascolator removal from firewall to get the bowl off?
...but not very easy. I found that I could get that screw out, and back in, and even safety wired. You can't get a screwdriver directly on it, unless you do as John did, but once it is loosened, it comes out easily even with the screwdriver at an angle.
I used this tool to initially loosen it and to put the last 1/2 turn tightening.
Before final tightening, it doesn't need to be real tight, pass the safety wire parallel to the firewall and thru the hole.
This takes some time fiddling around, but is better than taking the gascolator off in my opinion.
