I am running Garmin Pilot version 4.1.2 on Android. The subscription expires tomorrow and I could not update it in the app. After trying all the usual reinstall, etc. I contacted Garmin Support.
This is a know problem. To upgrade your subscription:
1. Go to Aircraft Spruce or Sportys and buy a one year activation for $75.
2. When you get the second email conformation copy the Key Code.
3. Go to pilot.garmin.com and select Garmin Pilot.
4. Enter username, password, and Key Code.
5. Re-start Garmin Pilot on all devices.
