Connect the serial out line of the 330 to the serial in line of the 496. Configure the 496 to receive TIS data.
 
The appropriate data port, pinout and settings should be noted in both the GTX330 manual and also the 496 manual. Like Brian said, it's simply a single wire, it'll take more to setup the programming then it'll take to install the wire - easy peasy!
