I've tried to download Canadian Nav Data and Flite charts twice, a week apart. Both times I got the message "we cannot process orders at this time".
Anyone else having problems like this?

Just an FYI, earlier I was trying to renew my subscriptions via Google Chrome and it said the same thing twice.
I switched to a different browser (FireFox) and it worked fine.
