I am trying to tie my 430W into my GTX330ES for ADSB out. Connected the appropriate wires but when I go to configure the channel in the 430W it gives me an option of ADSB and ADSB+ ? Does anyone know what the difference really is ?

Yes, just use the ADS-B+ which is needed for DO 260B "version 2" performance.
