I have a RV6A stranded in Tucson, does anyone in the area have a battery charger we could borrow for the 696. It's been on ships power to long and failed in flight. Two sources of heading are required for flight.

The Garmin site says it has to be discharged occasionally and this battery doesn't like to be charged as much. We haven't operated it on battery only enough. It doesn't recognize that the battery is even there. Thank you, we worked it out.
