I was wanting to install Gami Injectors on my IO-360 FI engine that has the New Superior Cold Air Sump. Has anyone tryed this? The reason I was concerned is because of the Cooler Air might or might not create different balances between the cylinders for getting to LOP. I might be out in left field here, but before spending the bucks I thought I would ask the experts!:)

Have you run the Gami lean test yet? If not, do that first.

Gami Lean Test

I have the prototype XP-400SRE in my Lancair. Just installed the new sump a few weeks ago. I ran the Gami lean test just the other day and found that all 4 cylinders peaked at less than .1 gph difference in fuel flow. That is WAY better than most of the graphs Gami shows on their site.

Go with the AFP injectors. I have the AFP system on my 7 and after following their tuning procedure my cylinders peak within .2gph. The AFP is a three piece nozzle and the inserts are only $25. I only needed to change one. Call them up and they will set you up with the right injectors for your system. Don
