When using the lean assist feature on the G3Xt I understand that you keep leaning the mixture until all the bars turn light blue indicating peak EGT. But from there are you supposed to richen the mixture slightly or leave it alone once they turn blue? Or would you reduce the mixture even more to fly lean of peak? Can someone set me straight on the correct way to use this?

I apologize for the evasiveness, but I just don't want to get involved in a ROP vs LOP discussion which can be somewhat continuous. I will say I run WOT LOP in cruise and leave it at that.
