I'm having a system installed (certified) and wondering from the documentation... is there any way to test the RS-232 backup connections from the GSU and GEA devices?
In configuration mode on the system status page, select the GEA 24 or the GSU 25. On the right side of the screen, you should see a line item for the backup RS-232 which will show if it is properly wired or not.
