I received this message the other day on the ground -- AHRS magnetic field model invalid. Is this something that will clear up on its own or do I need to initiate some troubleshooting? This is in a legacy G3X setup (GSU 73/GMU 44).

Hello Todd,

Is it possible your software is out-of-date? The release before last (V11.20) included an update for the IGRF mag database.

Hmmm--pretty sure my version is 11.20. However, I'll upload 11.30 and report back tomorrow.
 
So I checked the software and I had version 11.00 loaded. I could have sworn that I had updated it this Fall but since I haven't flown since Aug I guess I just meant to but never actually got around to it. Anyway I upgraded the system to version 11.30 and that appears to have fixed the problem.
