On the fwd seat floors there is a rectangular opening aft of the control stick access hole. What are they for? I can?t find any reference to them anywhere. On one plan (25) they aren?t shown, on another (34A) they are, but are not addressed. I have this sinking feeling that I?ve forgotten something very important.:confused:

If you're installed a 5-point harness, that's where the seat belt gets attached to the optional bracket.
 
Why, it's perfectly obvious . . .

That's where you pour your propwash ;)
I believe you're looking at the hole for the (optional) crotch strap.
