Starting the fuselage on the Rv6a and would to see a picture of the jig and how the bulkheads are placed. Please pm me or post pictures if you have some you could share.
 
Here are a couple of pictures that give an overall idea. Sorry I don't have anything more detailed. I pretty much followed the plan and dimensions and it worked out.

Im building a 7A. But same difference. I had multiple “jigs” during different phases. Some of these jigs were a bit dubious but did the trick. Once the side skins go on it’s so much sturdier and you will have a much easier time.

I think some of the replies above from those who built 7s may not realize that some RV 6 and earlier models that were not entirely pre punched require an actual jig, not just a build surface. Just follow the plans for the jig as the first response above suggested and you’ll be good.
