I am almost ready to disassemble the canoe from the jig and start deburring and dimpling.

I would like to know what you guys did with the 860, 864, 866 and 870 prepunched holes in the 4 side skins. The instruction sheets say to drill and dimple before fitting the inside parts but that will make it hard to match drill the unprepunched interior parts later. Of course if I don't do it now it will be a royal pain in the @#% to dimple all those holes using my pop rivet dimpler. :eek:
