Did anyone else have this problem? I had this in about 8 locations. Its obvious the flanges were made (at Vans) too short. I didn't trim the ribs at all only deburred them. What did you guys do for riveting the ends of these ribs? I emailed Vans when I encountered the first two and they said thats normal for those two ribs but never suggested how to deal with riveting. Now that I have the same problem in 6 more locations I feel like something should be done.
