I was looking back at some of the work I have done with fuel tank sealant and I would like to add some more sealant to some of the areas that, to me, are "questionable".

Will new sealant stick to (already cured) old sealant?

Yes it will stick

I'm surprised no one has answered you yet. Looks like it's been almost four hours.

You just need to be sure the aluminum is scuffed up good with scotchbrite, if you plan to make the sealant bead wider.
And for the sealant already there, I would wipe it with MEK to get any dust off and have at it. Fuel tank sealant (proseal) will stick to just about anything :D

Thanks Mark - I kinda figured it would work but thought I'd ask.

I worked on only two tank ribs today, at home, almost twelve hours ago, I'm at work now and I swear I can still smell the stuff!
