After fiting the hose and "clocking" the fuel sender (note that the description "4:30" disagrees with the drawing which shows "2:30) the pressure sender is not held tightly by the cushion clamp. With a little wiggling you can pull it out of the clamp, which doesn't seem good. Options I've thought of are:
1) bending the clamp somehow
2) wrapping the sender in tape to increase its diameter
3) gluing the clamp to the sender with RTV.

Anybody else run into this?

Bend the clamp

Wayne,
I think that if you bend the clamp in a vise so that it is not round, then it will hold OK. Your other options will work too.
