Sorry if this is a repeat (can't find it with the search function) but has anyone installed the fuel pump (low pres. carb) in the wing root? If so, do you have any pictures or information on how it is mounted? I was thinking that it may not be a bad idea to have the option of using premium auto fuel. With the pump closer to the tank, vapor lock is less likely. Obviously I would need to install two pumps - on one for each tank and have two switches or maybe a micro scitch on the fuel selector. See any problems with this set up? Thanks, Steve.

This has been done before and for the same reasons you listed.

There are pictures on the forum some place. Select the search option and click on "Advanced Search" and I'm sure you will find more than one thread.
