Hi fellow builders!

I'm about ready to install the negative G pickup tube in my QB-tanks and it looks quite difficult to do??
The pickup tube must be in the inboard chamber, the fuelsender in the one next to it, and a trapdoor beetween?

That looks very complicated to do through the one open hole? (the hole for the standard pickup tube on the inboard side of the tank)

Does anyone have a link to a website with photos and explanations how to do this please?
I'm sure alot of RV-builders out there have done it...

Thank you.

Nah...Its simple

really it is.

The hardest part is setting the trap door bacause you have to get your pop rivet tool in there.

OK cutting the scond hole in the second bay over is a bit fiddly...I used an air driven shear which made short work of it, but tin snips will work as well.

Just watch the where you put the hole for the right angled bulkhead fitting...Don't want to interfere with an existing rivet hole if possible.

Remember the anti-rotation bracket and to safety wire your nuts while your at it!...:)

I have pics but they show pretty much nothing of any consequence
