It usually comes out to about .9-1gph/10HP, so 180HP should burn about 16.2-18gph. I usually see 23-24gph on a stock IO-540 making 260HP at sea level.
I'm sure there will be others who will give specific and detailed numbers and reasons for them, but this is more-or-less what you should expect.
