does anyone know what the fuel flow should be for a io360 at take off at sea level.
Can the fuel flow be adjusted on the plane or must the injector be taken off and sent in for recalibration?
It is a xp360 .

A good rule of thumb is 1 GPH/10 HP. For example, in my 230 HP 182, sea level takeoff FF is about 23 GPH. If your IO360 is 180 HP, then 18 GPH would be about right. It is wise to err on the high side to stay out of the zone of highest internal cylinder pressures, however.

320's typically do 13-15 gph at full power take off settings.
180 hp 360's typically do 16-18 gph at full power take off settings.
200 hp 360?s typically do 17-19 at full power settings.
AFP fuel injection averages flows a little bit higher, by 1-1.5 gph, then these numbers which are averages for Precison Airmotive systems.
Raw un-metered fuel pressure should be between 15 and 35 psi.
