I went to a local trophy shop. Paid something like $20 each, picked em up two days later - looks great.
 
Sorry, I don't have a specific source, but Van's keeps a set of business cards on their main counter from a guy who does them. I've heard good things about his service (but not so good that I remember his name :) ). Just give Van's a call. Sounds like a trophy shop would be just as good, and probably faster and cheaper.
