With the new style fuel caps that have the Red flanges. Are they predrilled by vans or do they come undrilled?

I ask this as they are showing on Backorder from vans but I can get a similar one from Spruce with the only difference being there plastic caps instead of aluminum. (putting on locking caps so switching them out)

The SPRL caps from Vans are plastic also. Someone makes aluminum bodies that you can install after (using the plastic guts)

but what about the flange? is it pre-drilled or do i need to drill it to match my tank?

They (mine) were pre-drilled and matched right up to the skin.
