I am helping a recently deceased friend - Dennis Potvin. He just passed away and his widow needs to sell their RV12. It is N39JH. Serial #120748. He purchased it from the original builder, who was an A&P/IA mechanic. It was completed in 2014 and is a 912 ULS model, registered as ELSA. It has 350 Tach hours since new. Dynon Skyview with autopilot, ADSB in/out. Green/white with full interior. I am in the process of getting it cleaned up and taking pictures in order to list it, it is in excellent shape with all the logs and plans, which I am scanning to put online.
