Has anyone who obtained a Ranger back in 2015 had issues with the WiFI module not connecting with the ForeFlight app on a Ipad. Have worked with both ForeFlight and FreeFlight support and after many checks and even a rewire finally found out there is a bug in the early FreeFlight Ranger internal software.
Unit works fine but won’t connect to Foreflight or even Freeflights own ADS-B VIEW app.
I’m really surprised I couldn’t find in web searches any similar problems reported earlier. I only got mine installed and running a few months ago. If you did have a problem, was it solved by a software update?
