Good day. I am looking to formalize a group ownership syndicate that we have and was wondering if anybody had a draft agreement they could send me. We have six members that co-own two aircraft and a hangar. We are all friends but I need to record some ground rules to avoid any future problems. I will modify any agreement I receive to suit our situation but want to specify things like who qualifies to own shares, who can fly, maintenance costs and responsibilities, rules if you want to sell your share, what happens in the event of the death of a member, etc.

Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
