In filling out this form, the 2nd line says- aircraft manufacturer & model-
I guess I really print small and write my name followed by Van's Aircraft, Inc. RV-9. Whaddaya think?

That is what a normal guy would think, but you are the manufacturer.

This has always perplexed me, but the builder's name goes there.
