Do I need to have forced air coming from the back of the baffle to the the carburator heat muff shroud then on to the carburator? Or, is only one scat tube from the carb heat muff to the carb box sufficient?

It seems like I see some one way and some the other so I was curious as to which would be considered the safest....in other words, which setup provides the most heat when you ask for carb heat?

No forced air needed!

The induction of an engine "sucks in" air. You do not need forced air.

With forced air, you would get less heat as the air would spend less time inside the muff.
