Hi, my name is Tom Smith. I'm president of the Bay Area Aero Club located at Pearland Airport (KLVJ).
Our aero club is looking for a Cessna 172 or something similar to add to our club. We would lease the plane from you, provide liability insurance coverage, you would pay the hull insurance. Other than normal wear and tear, any damage caused by a member would be the clubs responsibility to collect for the owner.
We have about 190 active members with a current fleet of 7 planes. Please let me know if you are interested and/or would like to discuss this further.
