I73 will be a busy place this weekend.

There are a large group of RVs from MN heading that way, as well as a bunch of us in the Ohio area. The EAA 9 Chapter in Columbus is heading over en masse for lunch on Sunday.

Unfortuinately, my RV-10 is a long way from completion, so I'll be sneaking in with my Cherokee 180. I will be wearing my Ohio Rvators shirt.

It should be a great time to meet a bunch of RV'ers!

For those who will be in the central Ohio area, this weekend and all next week is the National Intercollegiate Flying Competition, held at the Rickenbacker Airport (KLCK), which is around 12 miles south of Port Columbus.

There's going to be around 120 different airplanes from aviation colleges all around the US there, and they're probably going to be practicing at airports in the surrounding area, as well as doing navigation practice south of Columbus's Class C airspace.

Please be cautious as you fly through that area :)

I plan to be there early in the morning and I know of another F1 down in Cincinnati that will be there as well.
