The 50th anniversary Tulsa Flyin. Ought to be good. I noticed that John Nye is doing an RV seminar, so maybe there will be more RV's than usual. He's the guy who finished the first customer-built RV10. He also built a four place RV6 that was featured in Kitplane several years ago.
For anyone who hasn't heard of this event, it's big. This isn't your typical BBQ lunch. It generally takes an hour or two just to see all the planes. Lots of antiques.
Anyone else from Houston going? I'm planning on launching at 7:00 from Weiser on Saturday (9/23). Bartlesville (BVO) is about 3 hours.
