I ordered a new baggage floor carpet for my RV12 from Abby at Flightline Interiors. The order did not arrive and I finally called to inquire and subsequently received the carpet....with no invoice.

Sent an email to Abby inquiring and this is what I received:

"We felt that you waited too long for the piece (it slipped through the
cracks), so no charge.
Thanks, Abby
Flightline Interiors
262-364-6166"

All I can say is "wow"

I will second that about Abby. They are awesome. We work with them regularly. They not only have incredibly high quality products and great customer service, but Abby and Brad are two of the nicest people I know.
