I ordered a new baggage floor carpet for my RV12 from Abby at Flightline Interiors. The order did not arrive and I finally called to inquire and subsequently received the carpet....with no invoice.
Sent an email to Abby inquiring and this is what I received:
"We felt that you waited too long for the piece (it slipped through the
cracks), so no charge.
Thanks, Abby
Flightline Interiors
262-364-6166"
All I can say is "wow"
