The Parker ROL-AIR is a few dollars more and also works very well. The ROLO Flare is certainly the most common but I found the 2 piece ROL-AIR made it a little easier to get in to some tight spots.

The problem with your common Rolo-Flair Tool is it's quite difficult to make a flair when the bend is near the flaired end. If you flair first, maybe you can't make the bend close enough. If you bend first, the RFT requires too much straight tube to make the flair.
