Anyone come up with an alternative to the little skinny flap switch on the top of the Tosten stick grip? I find it very uncomfortable. It's too "pointy". Something more rounded or paddle shaped?

Those boots are WAY too big! I thought about potting them with RTV but I don't think that would last.
Don't, use these https://a.co/d/0cCM7DE6

2 sizes, multiple colors and 9 bucks no freight. See post 3.

Infinity Aerospace makes a "better" shaped paddle switch you can swap out with and then add the cap:

Sorry John. Here is the right link for the C&K switch boot. I have the same grips and checked the measurements. I’ll be ordering some of these for myself when they are back in stock next month.
FYI Tosten has changed the flap switch to an APEM switch which is supposed to be smoother action. You’d have to call Kevin for more details.

My switch covers arrived and I finally got out to the hangar to see how they fit. At first I thought I had the same problem. The covers are to big. Then i noticed there are two sizes in the package. The smaller size have a nice snug fit. I had to trim about an 1/8" off the bottom to prevent interference with the switch mounting nut. Much more comfortable to use.
Thanks again to Larry for his tip!
Cheers everyone!

How did you do the labeling on your Infinity grip?
I have mine in hand, and have a few months before installing.
I’d love to be able to do something like yours.
Thread drift is my middle name: (From an earlier post)

I used rub on lettering from:

If you send them a PDF of what you want, they will print an 8 1/2 by 11 sheet and send to you. Once applied spray one coat of gloss clear and then one coat of matte. 2 coats of matte was too much orange peel. I tried to laser engrave them and just burnt the plastic so no joy. I did the ones for my 14 ~4 years ago and are holding up well. (500 hrs.) If in doubt of font size just use several fonts as there is plenty of room. (14 Ariel font primarily)

Edit: I used the Infinity grips that rotate, recommended to several friends and they love them. I did this for a sailplane I use to fly years ago and liked it.

I'll raise your thread drift and add this. This is an Infinity stick grip I did for a retired Blue Angle pilot. He did not want the roll axis on his stick grip as he knew it was not used very often and opted to add to functions he uses constantly which I thought was brilliant! He still has roll but on the panel. With auto-trim he is exactly correct, roll is really not needed on the stick and other functions possibly needed more.

Ha! I’m in the middle of adding roll trim back onto my stick!
I had it in my 7 and also decided it wasn’t needed. So only put pitch on the stick for the 10.
400h later I’m sick of it. I don’t know if it’s just the 10 or the ER tanks that makes it worse but I find I use the roll trim a fair bit if hand flying. And having to reach for it annoys me. Plus I’m a sucker for fiddling and “improving” things.
