But if I held switch for a 1/2 second more the actuator has enough force to deform the fairing.

Using manual switch with position indicator on EFIS for AOA.
What I see is excessive force on push tube, regular flexing of fairing and mounting, and lower ball joint stress.
Am I missing something?
