Breaking in my new 7. Flaps operate fine on the ground, but do not come up smoothly in the air. I thought it was interference between the flap rod and the fuselage opening. I opened up the fuselage hole quite a bit, and I don't think that's the problem, even with airloads. Do your flaps come up smoothly, or do they seem to surge a little bit?
