On page 21-06, Step 5, it says to install the hardware called out in 21-12, Figure 1, which is a bushing 3/8" OD, before you match drill the #40 holes.
The holes in my FL-1007-L & R, are 1/4". I think I have read the instructions several times and could not find a place where it says to drill out the holes in the flap hinge?
What am I missing?
