I was unable to install the two bolts holding the right hand flap handle support tube plastic block as the support tube contacts the fuel line directly below it. The fuel line is straight from the snap bushing at the bulkhead forward to its next hold down strap. If one were to press the block into position, it would flatten the fuel line somewhat and the flap handle support tube would rotate on the fuel line.

Has anyone else come across this interference problem and how did they resolve it

This is a known problem...

First be sure that you have countersunk the F1276C Systems Blocks so they sit flush on the floor. Then you still can have interference with the flap handle and this was discussed here:http://www.vansairforce.com/community/showthread.php?t=52551&highlight=flap+line
