I'm preparing to install the flap braces in the back of our QB wings but there seems to be an issue with the holes in the spar at each rib. All the holes for the brace seem to line up well but there is already a flush rivet installed on the aft end of each rib/spar where there is suppose to be a rivet through the rib/spar/brace. If I drill the flush rivet out, that will leave me with a counter sunk hole. I guess I could dimple the brace at these locations and order more flush cherry max rivets?
