I ran across a problem hooking up the flap actuator to the WD-613ed flap actuator weldment. It is in serious misalignment. The actuator is straight in the housing but the lever on the wd-613-ed flap acuator weldment was welded in out of square. Any easy way to fix it? or is a call to Vans in order?

Looks to me like the tube just warped a bit..........unless it's an illusion. This can happen when heated during the weld. If so, remove from the plane, brace the middle and force it back a bit. Same thing can happen with rudder pedals that pull them out of sqaure.
