Well it finally happened today. N912HM, ser #120194 made its first flight:D
Only problems noted was 1/2 ball to right and also has a slight roll to right.
Sorry did not get any pictures, next flight will have camera there.

It's meant to be like that! That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Unfortunately, I cannot find any way to eliminate the offset.

Greetings Keith,
Most of the RV-12s seem to have the ball half out to the right initially. The Avery wedge seems to work. This is a plastic wedge sold by Avery that attaches with double back tape and can be painted to match.

One of the wedges is installed here on the trailing edge of the rudder. My plane actually required two of the wedges to center the ball.
