Does anyone have any copies of a test card they used for first engine start? Procedures, tests to be administered, potential emergencies, etc.? I've found some good flight test cards, but nothing dedicated to first engine start.

Alternatively, if someone hasn't already made up such a card, what would be on yours?

First start (assuming it's a new or freshly overhauled engine) should be brief enough that you don't have much time to spare beyond checking basic operating parameters and shutting down. If it's a break-in engine, you don't want it to get warm enough to glaze the cylinders without having high manifold pressure (i.e. - in flight). You're looking for obvious function checks like acceptable idle RPM, good oil pressure, no smoke/fire, relatively smooth, etc.
