QB fuse kit with pre-punched holes in FW. Ordered Plane Innovations 3/4" pen kit for the outboard wiring holes. The flange is too wide to get lined up with the hole;

Considering cutting one corner off and just using 3 holes to mount. Anybody use these for this hole?

If that is a stainless steel penetration, you could consider just riveting it in place and making the underlying hole oval - you'd never see it, and the penetration is covered.

The inboard side is against the steel frame. I think I'm going to cut one corner off and snug it up against the outboard skin, leaving enough space for the tube and clamp.
