I've got a -4 hose that I'd like to fire sleeve. So what are my options short of having a new hose fabricated?
A. Buy -4 sleeving and slit lengthwise to fit on the hose (since it won't slide over the fittings) and then seal the slit with something. (Note: I really don't think this is an viable option)
B. Buy a larger size sleeve that will slide over the fittings (this is what I'm leaning towards right now)
C. Something obvious that I haven't thought of because I'm dense
D. Something not obvious that I haven't thought of because I don't know what I don't know, primarily because I'm dense.
