Today was a great day as I just made the last 'big' airframe purchase from Van's in the form of the finishing kit (RV-8). I'm about 900 hrs and 2 yrs into the (slow) build and it's still alot of fun going out to the shop. If I can keep the urge to modify stuff under control, I may get this thing done some day!

Great news Brent!

Now if I can only get Partain to deliver my fuselage kit. It's been ready for a month, but the bad weather and the holidays caused a delay.

Actually it isn't all bad, I still have a few things to finish on the wing and it would be nice to get them completed before the new crate arrives and fills the garage again.
