Man, what a battle! Between the learning curve, hot days, allergies, etc... I finally got this thing done! A small step towards defying gravity! I figured I'd be different... and build my -7 out of copper... lol. The alodine really makes this thing look ugly.

Congratulations! My emp. kit is supposed to be in this week, so I'm just about to start my adventure. How many hours did it take you on the horizontal stab?

'bout 10 - 15 or so... not much at all, just tedious getting use to reading prints, deburring, dimpling, dropping/spilling rivets, etc. Very clumsy during that first 10 - 15 hours! Good luck!
